takes the "Au" from gold and "spira" from spiral to reference the Fibonacci spiral. Dissatisfied with our logo, I challenged myself in 2026 to push the brand beyond a wordmark.

From early drafts an emphasis was placed on bringing more elements
reminiscent of the Fibonacci spiral, as we consistently had to explain
what our team name meant. I also wanted to experiment with printing
techniques, namely playing with debossing and metallic ink.
