The Drop Shoppe's aim was to incorporate ice cream with movie-going,

so I turned to items traditionally associated with theaters and cinema for

subliminal messaging. This resulted in a bowl inspired by traditional popcorn buckets.

Over the course of Fall 2024, ASU

graphic designers would choose one

company's packaging to redesign,

refining its current direction or a full

overhaul in favor of current markets.

The Drop Shoppe's aim was to incorporate ice cream with

movie-going, so I turned to items traditionally associated with

theaters and cinema for subliminal messaging. This resulted in

a bowl inspired by traditional popcorn buckets.

placed inside a rectangular frame to remind consumers of movie tickets, as

exemplified through the dotted line underscoring the form.
